In addition to her business ventures, Harrise is very active in charitable activities and non-profit organizations including the Pennsylvania SPCA where she served as President of the Board of Directors.

Bob was promoted to serve as Oxford Construction's General Counsel & COO in March 2007. Having as extensive business and legal background, he is responsible for Oxford's general managements, financial management, human capital management, strategic planning and business development. Bob also commands Oxford's in-house legal services and also oversees the contributions of outside law firms.

Joe brings more than 35 years of construction experience to Oxford Construction in his role as Senior Vice President. He is responsible for daily operations of all aspects of the construction process. Joe literally began his construction career from the ground up, working as a mason's helper and later a journeyman carpenter. Joe has over 25 years of construction management, real estate development and architectural experience in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Joe is a "hands on" team leader and motivator. He brings to Oxford a unique combination of field experience, architectural traning and management skills.
